Wendie:

I would first have to ask, what does your eye doctor say? I have a sister who was born with a lazy eye and after researching it and speaking with Opthamologists, I have never heard that anything but surgery and exercises can help.

I am not a surgeon, so you should consult with a doctor in your area before taking an antidepressant such as Lexapro in hopes that it will fix your eye. I would be surprised it if did.

Best of Luck,
