Thank you for your question and welcome to AnxietyConnection.com.

You have so much going on and so many problems to deal with on a daily basis, no wonder you feel so stressed! You may want to talk with a counselor on a regular basis, to help you cope with all that is going on in your household. If you do not feel as if you can tell your family members they must cope on their own, being able to talk about the situation with someone may help.

It seems your family is taking advantage of you. I understand that you want to take care of your grandchildren and great-grandchildren, because, after all, they are just children and they cannot take care of themselves. Maybe there are some social agencies (not to take them away) that can offer assistance as far as daily care for both the children and to help in caring for your husband. It sounds as if you are in need of some care for yourself.

I am sorry I could not be of more help.

Eileen
