I suffer from anxiety. I have been dealing with for about 4 years. I am in control and live a happy life. I do have bouts of anxiety but able to deal with them. My MD suggested that I keep physically busy..which I do. I the housework and yardwork. I cook, wash dishes, mop floors. I don't do laundry as my wife doesn't likw the way I do them (I did that on purpose).
Keep trying to find ways to cope. Don't drink coffee or any caffeine products. Stop smoking (if you do) talk to your pdoc or counselor. There are meds that will help.
Lastly write. Keep a written journal..that will help you "chart" your anxiety triggers.
