Hi Sunny T   Your very helpful description does not sound anything like the result of anxiety. Stress is sometimes thought to precipitate seizures in those who are prone. It could of course be epilepsy but seizures can occur for a variety of reasons. By the sounds of things she needs a proper neurological evaluation. Meanwhile, for her safety and that of others, I feel she should be discouraged from driving until the cause of the problem is known.
