All the antidepressants carry with them the potential of weight gain. If you look at Wellbutrin, for instance, you will see weight changes are likely, and it is also true in Lexapro.
Abilfy is a very different class of drug than Lexapro and you can read about its side effects here.
You should consult with your physician about the best medication combination for you and the one with the lowest risk of weight gain, if that is your primary concern.
