After researching your question, I have found that drinking one cup of orange juice with honey and nutmeg is considered to be a natural remedy for helping anxiety and heart palpitations.
I was not able, however, to find any scientific data to back this up.
I do not think this combination would hurt you, as long as you are not allergic to any of the ingredients, and certainly, orange juice has proven to be a healthy drink, but as far as being a help for anxiety, I am just not sure.
