Hi gabbyappple, I have these to, seems like forever. In my case it is allergies, and my 3 boys have it too. If you have not been checked for allergies I suggest you do so. In the mean time what works for me is a cool compress on my eves in the morning for about 5-1o minutes to help the swelling. It gets better if I take allergy medication.
