What medication can help severe focusing problems, and binge eating to relieve anxiety?

I am having severe problems with focusing, racing thoughts, unable to stay on task at work or at home, to the point that it's debilitating. So, now I am binge eating constantly to make myself feel better, with no luck. What is wrong with me, and do I need a medication to relieve the symptoms? I've...
