I hope you are feeling a bit better today.   I agree, binge eating and eating all those candy bars is not the best way to handle stress and in the end, it doesn't take away the worrying, just adds to it, because now, on top of what you were worried about, you are worrying about eating too!   It sounds like it is time for you to talk with your doctor about your symptoms. I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give ou  advice or diagnose your symptoms, but normally, if your symptoms interfere with your daily activities (and it sounds as if yours are), it is time to see a doctor.   Some of what you describe is similar to what other people describe when having anxiety attacks, but again, it would be impossible to say without a doctor seeing you.   I am providing you with some links to additional information that may be helpful:   Stress management   Stress and anxiety   Ten Strategies to Tame Chronic Worrying   Panic Disorder   I hope this helps.
