Hi Sheila, The only one that can really answer that is your med Dr. There are all kinds of NEW anti-depressants out there and a lot of them don't effect sexual function. It depends on what you've tried and what your exact symptoms are with your depression. Great places to research are Web-Md or Revolution because they have different drug descriptions. I checked around NAMI also, there is a lot of info there too. Just maybe you'll be able to find something that sounds right. Then you can talk to your Dr. and see if he agrees??? That's how I did it.
