I would not be able to tell you which pain medications you can take with Paxil. Before taking any, even over-the-counter medications, you should speak with your doctor or pharmacist. They would be better able to tell you if there are possible interactions and, if so, what symptoms to look for.

Walgreens.com also has a drug interaction checker, where you can find out if thre are any potential interacations you should be aware of.
