Hello there   I can tell you from my end of things...I suffer from depression and anxiety and...I can relate to the symptoms you are talking about.  Sometimes it is really hard to tell what exactly it is you are dealing with.  A therapist can help with this.  There is absolutely nothing to be ashamed or embarassed about...there are many people who suffer with these types of symptoms so...why not do something about it?  Take the risk and talk with a professional who can help you to sort out what is what and also recommend an appropriate treatment.  Being proactive can help you in the long run so that this does not become disabling in any way.   Let us know how things evolve.  We are here for you.
