Q: why does my blood sugar go so low with my anxiety?

I am an insulin dependant diabetic for 22 yrs. now in my 40's i suffer from severe low blood sugars, how is my anxiety doing this and what can i do to take better care of myself. I can get upset or anxious and before i know it, my blood sugar is down in the 40's and 30's
