Hi Roz: I have never had any of my patients complain of this, so I looked up the side effects on clonazepam and they didn't mention edema, or swelling of the feet. Many things can cause this swelling, from poor circulation to lymphedema (usually only seen in cancer survivors who have had radiation treatments).

I would strongly suggest you make an appointment to see your physician about this. Your problem may be unrelated to the clonazepam, but should still be checked out.

Best of luck!
