  Hi Lacey,   I think you should see a doctor, perhaps a dermatologist.  I'm only familiar with skin turning paler or "flush" during a panic attack, not redish brown.  Certain heart medications can turn the skin a blueish color, but that's about the extent of my knowledge on this one.    So, go see a physician and please let us know what he/she says!   Regards,   Jennifer L.
