Is This a symptom or a withrawl?

my husband was put on zoloft and for three weeks the doctor switched the dosage twice. He began having horrible reactions which led to the er. The doctor changed the meds to prozac about one week ago. He was told to take one 20mg pill a day for a week then add a second 20mg to it. Tonite he woke up…
