Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Central's Anxiety Community.   I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice.   Gagging can be a symptom of anxiety. In a previous post, Merely Me talked about this symptom of anxiety. She also talked about some physical conditions which may cause gagging, such as MS or post nasal drip.
