I am not a medical professional, and even if I was, it would be impossible to diagnose anxiety based on your post. This would need to be done after a face to face meeting with your doctor.   You may find talking with a therapist or counselor about your life situation can help you. Therapy or counseling often can help to increase self-esteem and help you better manage stress in your life.   I would suggest talking with your doctor and asking for a referral to a therapist in your area.   Eileen
