Sore throat? Is it more?
This is my third day with a sore throat, but kind of only when i tense my throat. I also have gloubus hystericus. I have a cankersore right in the front of my mouth, and one by my farthest back molar. I feel like i should clear my throat or cough, but cant. I do not have a headache or fever, but am known to have small aniexty and panic attacks. I have a swollen lymph node on my right side by my jaw. I am very scared, and am afraid i will die. I also have a phobia of throat cultures. What should i do?

I am sorry you are not feeling well.
It certainly sounds as if you should have a doctor check your throat. I would not be able to say what is causing the sore throat.
Although there is not specific information on this site about throat culture phobias, there is an article on needle phobia and some of the strategies listed in this article may be helpful to you. You may want to discuss this with your doctor or nurse when you call to make the appointment so the doctor know that you will be nervous and can take steps to help you feel more at ease about your appointment.
