Q: how can i not be afraid?

i recently had to take a couple of weeks of medical leave from my job,because i've had quite a few panic attacks. Now my time is almost up and i'm freaking out! what can i do to stop these feelings?!

During your time off, have you spoken with a doctor concerning your panic attacks? What has the doctor recommended as far as treatment? Have you begun any type of treatment program? Have you considered cognitive behavioral therapy/

 

All of these will help you learn to manage your anxiety symptoms.
