sheesh what is a girl to do?

well work did not go well for me yesterday. Im thinking maybe i should take some more time off,but i don't think my boss is gonna like that too much,but i think my health is more important than the job. So should i talk to my doctor and get a little more time?

It is important to let your doctor know what is going on and the symptoms you are experiencing so that he or she would be able to give you the best possible care.

 

You should definately contact your doctor and let him or her know about how you are feeling.

 

In addition, you may want to look into seeing a therapist to help you cope with the stress you are feeling and help in finding strategies to cope with stress and anxiety.

okay you should listen to a normal person lke me rather than an expert.she gives unreal advice....anyway...

tell your boss that you are having some issues and that you need time off.if he/she dosnt understand try to explaion the situation.a break could b a great stress reliever which will allow you to b a better worker.
