Hi Maduro,

If your doctors say that the cause of your itchy legs is anxiety, then you need to get treatment for the anxiety.  You can start by reading about anxiety on this site.

I have a series of SharePosts on Anxiety Triggers, that might be a good place to start.  Then you can read Dr. Walcutt's SharePost about abdominal breathing, and another Sharepost about Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR).

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is highly effective for treating anxiety disorders.  To find a therapist in your area, you can search the Anxiety Disorders Assocation of America (ADAA) website.

I'm sorry, here's the link for the first SharePost about Triggers (it's a five part series).

Also, don't be discouraged!  If your problem is anxiety it is highly treatable.  But, you do need to work hard in therapy!
