Angela,

The first thing you need is an evaluation from a mental health professional to determine a diagnosis and provide you with treatment options.  Even if you don't have insurance you should be able to find a community mental health clinic near you that can provide these services.  If you are diagnosed with a mood disorder there are effective treatment options including medication and cognitive behavior therapy.  There are also some very good self-help books available.  I would suggest Feeling Good by David Burns.

I think you are depressed and need medication. Ifyou don't have insurance thwere should be a welfare place for help. This is not a fun thing to go thru,Ive been their and still fight it. I have and antideression pill and xanax for anxiety.  I will pray for you Angela. God hears our prayers-trust him

Hi Angela I am going through a very similar problem. It sounds like depression or could be a mood disorder. Try applying for medicaid at your local social service office a lot of doctors accept it ( that's what I did). In the mean time you could try local churches sometimes they have someone you can talk to. There is also catholic charities. It all depends on what state you live in there should be someone to help you some places do free studies also and even pay you for your time. Let me know if you need more help I would be glad to help. Good Luck and think positive you will get help.
