Marky   Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Central's Anxiety Community.   I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice. If you have questions or concerns about your health, I would suggest speaking directly with your doctor.   Can you tell us a little more about your situation? Have you been diagnosed with anxiety? Are these new symptoms or have you had these symptoms for a while? Have you discussed these symptoms with your doctor?   I can tell you that many people with anxiety experience the type of symptoms you describe (See: Chest Pain and Globus Hystericus: Anxiety Induced Lump in the Throat Sensation )   However, that does not mean that your symptoms are caused by anxiety. You should definately consult with your doctor. He or she will be able to determine if there is any physical cause of these symptoms.   Eileen
