Hi Leonard
Can you tell us more about your situation? Have you been diagnosed with COPD? Did you quit your job?
Sometimes it is hard to know which things are medical issues and which symptoms are caused by anxiety. Have you been to see a doctor? How about a therapist?
Let us know more of your story and we can try to give you some resources and/or suggestions. Hang in there okay?
Thank you for reaching out here.
