High heart rate when resting.please help if you know anything.

I take Zoloft 200mg QID, Ativan three times a day, Buspar 15mg 1/2 tablet twice a day and my beats per minute range 95-120. Rarely it will be 70-85. Why does it do that and does that mean I am going to have an anxiety attack if it goes that high? I have been on these meds for over a month....
