hi! there is a new drug called Procoralan, the active substance is Ivabradine. it works only on heart rate, not affecting BP or any other cardiac parameters. you start with 5mg twice a day 1-0-1, and after the first month you you switch to the higher dosage of 7.5 mg and continue with that. the only thing you have to have a normal rythm. You should ask your doctor about it, and as far as I know it doesn't interfere with anxiety medication.
