I actually get sometimes a weird puffy feeling around my eyebrows.  I sense a tingling sensation in my forehead area and when I work out, it seems to help out for the next day. I sometimes have a feeling that I just woke up which lasts it seems just seconds. I assume these are all feelimgs of anxiety.  I really do not have much stress in my life that I can say leads to the anxiety feelings. Can anxiety just be a symptom by itself without having stress.
