Thank you for your question.

I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice.

I am so sorry that you are going through such a difficult time right now. The symptoms you described certainly do sound scary.

While I can't tell you whether or not you have anxiety, I can tell you the symptoms you described could be a result of anxiety. Some people with anxiety do experience numbing or tingling, being dizzy and feeling tired. But these could also be from something else as well.

I would suggest speaking with your doctor about what you are experiencing. He or she would best be able to determine whether this is caused by some physical disorder or whether it is anxiety.

Please let me know how everything works out.

Thanks for your reply. I am giving you some links to other questions on the site that address this same issue. You can see that others experience the numbness or tingling from anxiety as well:

Numbness in Left part of body.

Should I have tingling in my hands and numbness in my arms?

Will Anxiety cause your body to go paralized just on one side of your body?

I hope this helps
