i have been suffering with anxiety/panic attacks for 8 years now. i used to be on paxil cr and after 3 years i took myself off (it took me a year to do that). Tips and Techniques to over come an Attack......

I am looking for anyone who has any great tips to help overcome attacks. Ive tried deep breaths but they only make me feel like i cant breath so i end up hyperventilating.. any suggestions?

Newby - GAD & OCD

  Hi, I have been suffering with anxiety for years. Treated by my primary on meds for the anxiety. Did not help much so I decided to see help. anxiety at my witts end

m at m wits end with this anxiety im on medcartion and nothing works im on xaxanx,cynbalta and   gabapentin,,among other things ive been onfrom buspar to lexapro ..it s beginngt oeffectmy job im constantley calling out does any one have any suggfestions,,,im trying a new dr next week im hoping he can help if he cant i dtn want waht in... Read moreChevron

Has any one taken Buspar did you have side effects if so did they go away

Hi I was recently taken off Wellbutrin as I it was not working I am now on Buspar.I have been on Buspar for 6 days and am having headaches and major nausea.  Has any one else experienced this and did it go way? also is the Buspar working for you?   Thanks so much
