Trying to drive

I recently joined the site, and figured that i would definitley try and drive to the grocery store that was a little further than the one closer by. Depression and Muscle Tension

Hello, I am Essy from Israel, am 31 years old, suffered from clinical depression since 2000, was diagnosed in 2002, first med i took for depression was a tricycle med called elatrol, since then have been on many SSRI'S, including benzos. At present i am on Effexor XR (Venlafaxine) 225mg.

vistaril not enough!

I am a 49 yr. old woman w/severe anxiety/panic disorder,and depression, I put myself in the hospital due to depression, I've been on aroller coaster of meds for 20 yrs.
