What Are Your Stress and Anxiety Triggers?

  • Health issues – If you are plagued by health issues, no matter how minor, it can also be a stress trigger.  Speak with your doctor about any questions or worries you may have about any health issues in your life.
  • Financial worries – If your finances are in trouble, then you are definitely stressed.
  • Relationship issues – Whether it is with a spouse, a significant other, a coworker or a family friend, relationship issues can also trigger stress attacks.
  • Being unhappy – If you are not waking up and saying “Isn’t it a great day to be alive!” chances are that you are experiencing some level of unhappiness in your life.  And unhappy equals stress.
