Help With Anxiety

A recent study has found that Ambien CR can help people with
insomnia and generalized anxiety disorder fall asleep faster and
stay asleep longer. Patients in the study were given Ambien CR and
Lexapro or placebo and Lexapro. People who took Ambien and Lexapro
slept more and woke up less frequently during the night.
