Strategies Dealing With Stress

Men who keep their cool in a stressful situation may boost their
levels of good cholesterol, experts say, and possibly add years to
their lives. In a recent study, men who used hostility, self-blame,
or self-isolation to cope with stressful situations had lower
levels of HDL cholesterol than men who used more positive
strategies to deal with stress.
