Cleaning your house vigorously for 20 minutes non-stop once a week
may improve your levels of anxiety, stress, or depression, a new
study suggests. Scientists from University College looked at 3,000
participants were deemed to be suffering from stress and/or
anxiety. They found that people who did vigorous housework once a
week regularly were 20 percent less likely to suffer from mental
