Stress Relief Stretches

Having a cat in your home may reduce your risk of having a heart
attack by as much as one-third, new research suggests. The finding
comes from a 10-year study of more than 4,300 Americans and
suggests that having a pet provides heart-healthy stress relief.
Though dog owners weren't found to have the same heart protection,
researchers say that's probably because there weren't enough dog
owners in the study group to draw a firm conclusion.
