An analysis of previous clinical trials has found that Lyrica is
effective at reducing pain in patients with fibromyalgia,
regardless of whether the patients have symptoms of depression or
anxiety. The analysis, which included more than 2,000 fibromyalgia
patients, also showed that patients who took Lyrica were more
likely to report improvements in pain and sleep than improvements
in fatigue or symptoms of anxiety or depression.
