Atypical Antipsychotic Drugs

Seven atypical antipsychotic drugs are currently approved in the United States:

  • Clozapine (Clozaril)
  • Risperidone (Risperdal)
  • Olanzapine (Zyprexa)
  • Quetiapine (Seroquel)
  • Aripiprazole (Abilify)
  • Ziprasidone (Geodon)
  • Paliperidone (Invega)
