Social Anxiety - Tis the Season!

The world is your oyster when it comes to opportunities to practice techniques to avoid social anxiety. And, frankly, all of these tips are positive attributes to include in everyone’s day. As in anything, the more you practice, the easier it becomes.

In addition, if you do feel you have social anxiety disorder, be sure to talk about it with your doctor or therapist. Before you know it, your social anxiety may be a distant memory…and you might even begin to look forward to some of those holiday parties!
