Anxiety disorders affect nearly 40 million American adults in any given year.  They are usually caused by a combination of psychological, physical, and genetic factors, and treatment is, in general, very effective.

AnxietyConnection.com was designed around three main areas: 1) FINDING the information you need; 2) MANAGING your condition and taking actions for your health; and 3) SHARING & LEARNING experiences, ideas and inspiration with people who have "been there."  We encourage you to share your experiences and insights with this community
