Sleep apnea?

I have always had insomnia (delayed onset and unresorative sleep), but since my asthma diagnosis about a year back I am getting some different sleeping difficulties and some severe drowsiness during the day. I twitch and jerk while sleeping and while trying to sleep... or during the day when I am falling sleep when I should not be. I make a lot of noises now when I sleep, sometimes waking myself up with a sort of loud 'huh'...

Having so much trouble with the smoking

I have been trying to quit, and did for a few days, then fell of the smoking wagon. It is extremely difficult, because smoking is something I do when I have migraines or FMS pain, as a distraction, too allieve the fustration of pain, pain that is not going away. I know it needs to be done, but when I am already so unhealthy, I always never cared that I was doing something that was unhealthy... but now it is a specific problem with...

Just diagnosed

So I was just diagnosed with asthma. Everyone told me that is what it sounded like, but I was rather hoping it was something not of a chronic nature, given I already have enough health concerns. Apparently treating my asthma will get rid of that horrid fatigue I have been getting in the mornings, and possibly help with my migraines. I know nothing about asthma though, all I know is that I have to quit smoking.

Does this sound like asthma?

I was taken of my migraine abortive because of angina and breathing problems, and while it is true the Imitrex made these a whole lot worse, the symtpoms have not entirely gone away. The chest pains do not concern me overly, since they are not that bad... I think more a result of my heart palipatations and skipped beats lately. What does concern me is the breathing issue, as it is nothing I have had prior to a bad bout of bronchitis, or is it a...
