This is a great page.  Thank you!  My daughter and I both have asthma and the winter is particularly difficult on us.  The tips you gave us are wonderful, I'm going to get started on them right away.  I recently also read that it's a good idea to have the indoor air quality in the home cleaned up. Since in the winter the air doesn't circulate as much with the outside air.  We found a company online that seems pretty good and I think we're going to have them come in and do the job.  They're called Decon Pro Green in case anyone is curious.
