      <description>I developed allergy induced asthma in 1997 after an anapylaxis reaction to an antibiotic. Since then, here are some things that have made my life easier:-when I am having asthma problems, I cut out dairy.&amp;nbsp; Dairy increases mucus and I feel I am drowning!&amp;nbsp; Cheese is fine, but I cut out icecream on those days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I always use soymilk anyway.-I check www.aaaai.org and search pollen counts, and now have them emailed to me.&amp;nbsp; I...</description>
