      <title>FDA Update on Singulair Concludes No Association with Suicide or Suicidal behavior</title>
      <description>The FDA issued an update&amp;nbsp;on 1/13/09 regarding their saftey review of Singulair. They stated that they reviewed data from 41 placebo-controlled trials with almost 18,000 patients and there was one adult patient (o.o1%) out of 9929 patients treated with Singulair who had suicidal thoughts and there were&amp;nbsp;NO suicides. This appears to be great news, but I doubt if the newsmedia will give this as much attention as they did in their original...</description>
