Rick,
I made this commitment as well this year. It's tough, two weeks in and I'm struggling with asthma symptoms and on prednisone. It's been 4 days w/o exercise. I am going to try to get a little yoga in at home tomorrow and see how it goes - know I can always stop. I have almost always eaten a pretty healthy diet (most days). I am newly challenged to having to be on a soy-free diet - which I am hoping will also improve the diet (less eating out, more home cooked, fresh meals)
Good Luck
Rick, I made the commitment to lose weight and get into shape but being on prednisone makes it extremely difficult, I am now once again steroid dependent and I have gone from a fit woman worked out five days per week to a woman with multiple joint replacements who is overweight and cannot find the energy. I eat right and I have made the decision to take it one day at a time and not diet but eat healthy instead.
