    My son is an Asthmatic and Exercise does help.  You would never know that Michael has Asthma.  He runs Fast and Longer that is "Healthy" Sister.

     

    Our best Exercise is Swimming.  We "Play" around to the Pool up to Three Hours.

    Thank you for this article.  I have been avoiding exercising ever since they took my Alupent off the market b/c I am afraid I will have an asthma attack. (My insurance doesn't cover it)  After reading this, I am going to make more of an effort to at least walk every day.
