This article was very informative and written by someone who understands how to deal with the problems asthmatics have. I appreciate the non-medical, conversational style that let me feel at ease about reading yet another asthma tip article. Reading about 3rd hand smoke was interesting and explains the smoky smelling rooms that have not been inhabited for a while. Thanks for your interesting explanations.

I've had asthama for 53 yrs . The best thing i ever did for myself was quit taking all of the drugs they kept giving me and go natural. As a child i received vacinations three times a week just so i could breath or so they said and the rest of the time i took really bad tasting meds - forced down my throat by my mother with the threat that i would quit breathing if i didn't take it. When i turned 18 i vowed never again . AND I STARTING READING NATURAL HEALTH CARE BOOKS i NOW HAVE A RESCUE INHALER JUST IN CASE BUT HARDLY EVER USE IT . I use all natural ways to deal with it and haven't been to the hospital for my asthama in years . Not saying you shouldn't do what you thinkl you should but for me it saved my life and ended my dependency on drugs.    Thank You Mother Nature
