Hi, I just came across your blog here and wanted to share my own blog with you.  It is called, "Running with Asthma" and you can find it on Wordpress.  I have exercise induced asthma and I've completed four 1/2 marathons so far with hopes of completing a full.  I was on Advair 250 twice a day, plus Singulair, Alegra, and Albuterol.  I am now med free, thanks to running and a mental tune-up.  www.TaraSchiro.wordpress.com has my story of running and healing.
