I moved from southeast Texas, where it is very humid, to north central Texas, in 1994.  At first, we lived in Arlington, which is in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.  Every time the ozone levels got high, I couldn't breathe.  Then we moved to Cleburne, Texas, which is about 45 minutes south of Fort Worth.  We nearly always have a breeze from some direction.  The air is drier and lighter.  These past two summers we have used fresh air, instead of air conditioned air.  My breathing is better with fresh air.  If you start using fresh air, then you will find that air-conditioned air bothers you.  Often, air-conditioned air has molds and spores in the air-conditioning system that can be bothersome.  My sinuses close up in the A/C.

A person needs to find a place where they can live and not have problems breathing.  If you cannot breathe where you live, you need to move.  That is what we had to do.  Life is not worth living if you cannot enjoy it.  Move wherever you have to go to find climate atmosphere that helps you breathe.  Sometimes it means traveling to discover where you breathe better and then finding a job/home when you get there.

When my husband and I moved here, none of our relatives lived here.  We had children and we still have no relatives living here, but we have made lots of friends that we are closer to than some of our relatives were to us.  Your relatives can call you on the phone or visit you.
