Hi,

I've posted here before. I just went to see a new pulmonologist because I've moved. In the past I've been diagnosed with both asthma and a vascular ring. Last week I was told that the ring is causing some trachael narrowing, and that asthma drugs won't help this. My PFTs show airflow limitation in my large airways, but are normal in my small airways. However, there seems to be some confusion over whether I could have mild asthma or not. I find that taking xopnex still helps me wheeze less when I exercise. Can xopenex still help with exercise or when I'm sick, even if I don't have asthma? Also, is there anything else that can help with me trying to stay healthy if I don't have asthma?

Thanks,

Angel
